The purpose of this meeting was to review the preliminary alternatives for the Billings Bypass EIS. Preliminary alternatives were developed based on public and agency input during the initial stage of the project. Community input collected at Public Meeting #2 will contribute to the refinement of the alternatives that will be carried forward for detailed evaluation in the EIS.
